Job Title: Head of Sales – Cybersecurity Startup (US-Based)
Location: United States (Remote)
Our client, a rapidly growing cybersecurity startup, is seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead their sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a background in early-stage cybersecurity startups with a strong focus on go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Experience in selling Managed Detection and Response (MDR) products and solutions is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Managed Detection and Response (MDR) products and solutions.
- Lead and scale the sales team, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and solutions teams to refine messaging and align GTM strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Own sales targets, forecasting, and performance metrics to ensure company goals are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role within early-stage cybersecurity startups.
- Strong expertise in selling Managed Detection and Response (MDR) products and solutions.
- Experience with go-to-market strategies and driving sales growth in a high-growth environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
