Pylones Hellas SA, a leading Greek IT Systems & Cyber Security Integrator, and member of a Cypriot group of companies with a continuous and successful presence in the Greek market since 1997, is looking for a:
PRESALES ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- Cooperates with the sales department and participates in meetings as a technical expert
- Identifies the client’s requirements, and analyzes the project’s technical and operational specifications (requirement capture)
- Develops detailed proposals and scopes of work that clearly articulate the solution and the necessary tasks for successful delivery
- Prepares the bill of material (BOM), and analyzes all necessary manpower in cooperation with the Service Delivery Manager
- Prepares and conducts technical presentations to the client
- Successfully demonstrates products and 3rd party solutions
- Maintains technical and industry knowledge through ongoing training, seminars, and certifications.
Technical Qualifications
- Server/System Knowledge: Familiarity with hardware and licensing, virtualization, storage solutions, and the integration of various systems within an enterprise environment.
- Advanced Networking Skills: Proficient in LAN, switching, and Wi-Fi technologies. Possession of a CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Cybersecurity Expertise: Knowledge of firewall technologies.
- Cloud Certification: Certifications in Azure, AWS, or similar platforms are preferred.
- BSc in Computer Science
Skills
- Analytical Skills: expertise in evaluating client needs and converting them into detailed technical specifications and solutions, with a focus on precision and detail
- Presentation and Demonstration Skills: strong ability to present and demonstrate the value of solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Technical Writing: proficiency in developing detailed proposals and scopes of work that clearly articulate the solution and the necessary tasks for successful delivery
