About the Role
The Regional Director of Sales is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving occupancy growth across a defined region through expert business development, data-informed decision-making, and compassionate leadership. This individual will coach and lead community sales teams, develop regional sales strategies, and execute high-performance sales plans to outperform industry competitors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to community-level sales teams to improve performance and close ratios.
- Utilize data analytics and market intelligence to assess trends, identify opportunities, and optimize sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with professional partners and local influencers.
- Analyze competitor positioning and proactively address market challenges.
- Lead with a compassionate, mission-driven approach that aligns with the company's core values.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and corporate leadership to align regional goals with company objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-site sales teams and exceeding performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
