Vice President of Sales
Job Title: Vice President of Sales – Cybersecurity Startup (US-Based)
Location: United States (Remote)
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Sales to join a rapidly growing cybersecurity startup. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales leadership within early-stage cybersecurity startups, with a strong focus on go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Experience in selling Attack Surface Management (ASM) products and solutions is essential, along with the ability to act as an individual contributor (IC) while leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the sales strategy for Attack Surface Management products and solutions.
- Act as a hands-on individual contributor, building and closing deals while also leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement GTM strategies in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, driving sales growth and market penetration.
- Manage sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure company goals are met.
Requirements:
- Extensive sales experience within early-stage cybersecurity startups.
- Strong expertise in selling Attack Surface Management products and solutions.
- Proven ability to lead both as an individual contributor and sales team leader.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
