About our Presenters:

Stephanie Barnett: Stephanie is an energetic people leader, passionate about helping any person from any background to build a meaningful and fulfilling career in pre-sales. Stephanie combines her experience in Sales Development, Sales and Solution Engineering to develop driven, empathetic, curious and resilient solution engineers and thinks she has the best job ever.

Three years ago, empowered by her executive leadership team, she created the APAC Emerging Solution Engineering program, to bridge the gap between universities and a career in presales and now leads a team supporting incredible early in career talent across APAC, with teams in Australia, Singapore and India.

Paul Baptist: With over 20 years’ experience in IT industry, the majority of those focused on customer experience technologies, Paul Baptist as been working with companies, large and small, across the globe to put their customers at the center of their businesses.

As a leader in solution consulting team, Paul in the rare position of being both tech- and business-savvy. Through my experience Paul has learnt to be multi-lingual, proficient in sales methodologies, marketing strategies, service best practices, and, most importantly, “plain and simple”. Paul has had the opportunity to present his thoughts on how customer experience has evolved at events across the Asia Pacific region.

In his current role at ServiceNow, Paul leads a team of solution consultants specializing in customer workflow tools across the Asia Pacific region. His teams’ objectives are to help businesses transform, meeting their business challenges with innovative solutions.

About our Host:

Karl Lewis is a Lead Solutions Architect at Duo Security (Cisco) out of Melbourne, Australia. Being naturally curious and unafraid to explore new challenges, he was selected as the first architect to lead Duo’s international expansion efforts into Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. With his over 8 years of experience with enterprise and service provider networking, cybersecurity, and a passion for solving business challenges, Karl helps customers understand how Duo’s product can benefit their organization from both a technical and strategic perspective.

Along with being a cybersecurity advocate, Karl is also passionate about the presales community and continuous education and self-improvement. When he is not talking tech or presales, Karl spends his free time DJing under the name Regex, a name born out of his background in computer science.
