Salesforce Architecture Expertise:

​

• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, and best practices for design and implementation.

​

Technical Leadership:

• Proven experience in leading technical requirements gathering sessions, and guiding the creation of technical documentation (ERDs, system landscapes, data flow diagrams).

​

Large Data Volume (LDV) Management:

• Expertise in handling large data volumes within Salesforce, including strategies for optimization and scalability.

​

Environment and Release Management:

• Experience in developing and managing Salesforce environment strategies, including change management, release planning, and deployment processes.

​

Apex & Visualforce:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies

​

Integration Planning:

• Strong skills in planning and executing Salesforce integrations with other SaaS products and internal systems, following best practices.

​

Continuous Integration & Source Control:

• Knowledge of setting up and managing continuous integration (CI) and source control within a Salesforce environment.

​

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

​

Good-to-Have Skills:

​

Salesforce Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, or other relevant certifications.

​

Experience with SaaS Product Ecosystems:

• Familiarity with other SaaS platforms and their integration with Salesforce (e.g., ERP systems, marketing automation tools).

​

DevOps Experience:

• Basic understanding of DevOps practices, especially related to Salesforce, such as automated testing, continuous deployment, and monitoring.

​

Educational Requirements

A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

​

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $120K to $145K. For C2C/W2 rates please contact the recruiter.
