More about the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for generating independent leads and nurturing leads from business development as you develop a sales pipeline for our full suite of solutions here at 3 Enrollment Marketing. You will report directly to the Head of New Partner Strategy. The primary goal of this role is to manage end to end sales to colleges and universities by discovering what needs and opportunities lie within their strategic initiatives as you work to align the corresponding strategic solutions to solve their day-today needs.

We are seeking professionals who have a strong record of driving new sales opportunities, working in a collaborative team environment, and are experienced in demonstrating the ROI of product offerings. This Sales Director must have deep knowledge in the education industry and 3 Enrollment Marketingβs services, as well as, build skills related to achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Research and prospect for new business, leading the full sales cycle from generating interest to execution of contract.
- Build and manage a pipeline strong enough to achieve annual revenue goals.
- Comfortable building proposals and sales material, as well as leveraging company tools, throughout the sales cycle.
- Has a sales approach that includes consistent milestones and informed forecasting.
- Driven, high performer who seeks out what is best for the client and is comfortable being an adviser that moves prospects to new ways of thinking and problem solving.
- Self-starter who develops highered industry expertise, marketing expertise and stays abreast of competitive forces to keep 3E ahead in the marketplace.

Qualifications for Sales Director
- Bachelorβs Degree
Β· Experience selling marketing, advertising, consultative, information-based, or technology-driven services and solutions (preferably in the Higher Education Enrollment and/or Marketing sector)
- Proven Experience in Sales (Prefer Higher Education Experience)
- Proven track record of hitting sales goals
- Ability to negotiate and strong understanding of marketing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations and proposals
- Strong listener who values the ability to problem solve and find solutions that fits each unique prospect
- Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
- Problem solver, fast learner and quick thinker
- Passionate about sales and modern marketing
- Open to feedback, constructive criticism and coachable to grow skillsets
- Ability to adapt and grow in a quick growing organization
