Description
Job Title: Account Implementation Manager (Enterprise Customers) - Warehouse & WMS Experience
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to work directly with our Enterprise customers, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse operations (distribution or fulfillment centers), WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience, and a basic understanding of EDI transactions (940, 945, 850, 856). This is a remote position, open to applicants from any major city. Flexibility in working hours is required to support customers across both Eastern and Western time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Enterprise customers, managing their needs and building strong relationships.
- Understand customers' warehouse operations and provide solutions leveraging WMS systems.
- Coordinate and facilitate customer onboarding and training sessions for our WMS solution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and Sales, to ensure customer success.
- Provide ongoing consultation to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements
- Warehouse Operations Knowledge: Experience in distribution or fulfillment center operations.
- WMS Experience: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, with the ability to understand and support related workflows.
- EDI Knowledge: Basic understanding of common EDI transactions (940, 945, 850, 856).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively engage with enterprise-level customers.
- Customer-Focused: Proven ability to understand customer needs, solve problems, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to support customers in different time zones (Eastern & Western).
- Self-Starter: Capable of working independently in a remote environment, with a proactive attitude towards solving customer issues.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Account Manager in a WMS or supply chain technology company.
- Familiarity with warehouse automation and related technologies.
- Experience working with Enterprise-level customers.
