Acumatica Implementation Consultant
About the Role
Our client looking for an Acumatica Implementation Consultant to lead clients through successful system implementations. You’ll work closely with businesses across various industries, configuring, customizing, and optimizing Acumatica ERP to meet their unique needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead full-cycle Acumatica ERP implementations from discovery to go-live.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients to understand business processes and configure Acumatica accordingly.
- Customize workflows, reports, dashboards, and business events to maximize system efficiency.
- Provide hands-on training and support to end users, ensuring successful adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Development, to deliver tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Develop project documentation, including solution design, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Stay up to date on Acumatica updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance implementation strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years implementing Acumatica ERP or similar business applications.
- Acumatica Knowledge: Strong understanding of Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Project Accounting modules.
- Technical Skills: Experience with generic inquiries, reporting, workflows, and system customization within Acumatica.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate them into effective Acumatica solutions.
- Communication: Strong ability to train users, present solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications: Acumatica ERP certification is a plus.
