Job Description

Techolution is looking for an AI Customer Engineer who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and customer success. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with a deep understanding of AI/ML solutions and cloud-native architectures, who loves solving complex business challenges and helping organizations accelerate their AI journey. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with account executives to design transformative AI solutions and drive meaningful customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to identify business pain points and technical needs related to AI and digital transformation.
• Design and present AI/ML-powered architectures and scalable cloud-native solutions that align with enterprise IT environments.
• Lead impactful demos, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and technical workshops that showcase Techolution’s AI accelerators and capabilities.
• Actively promote Techolution’s AI thought leadership through LinkedIn content, blogs, and webinars to drive awareness and generate inbound leads.
• Collaborate with account executives to validate solutions, build customer trust, and close deals effectively.
• Translate technical AI solutions into business value for diverse stakeholders, from engineers to C-level executives.
• Create compelling sales enablement materials, such as case studies, whitepapers, and blogs, that articulate Techolution’s AI value proposition.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in AI messaging and product positioning.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and cloud AI services.
• Provide feedback from pre-sales engagements to guide AI product development and roadmap evolution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a pre-sales, customer engineering, or solution architecture role, with a strong focus on AI/ML technologies.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks, model development pipelines, MLOps, and AI deployment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead customer-facing workshops, deliver technical demos, and execute successful PoCs.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams to shape solution strategies and go-to-market messaging.
• Experience contributing to thought leadership—blogs, case studies, whitepapers, or conference/webinar presentations.
• Strong presence on professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) with AI-focused content and community engagement.
• A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for aligning AI innovation to real-world business goals.
