Application Implementation Manager
THE JOB
The Implementations Manager will join a talented, diversified team that supports all technologies at the company's venues. As a member of the team, the Implementations Manager will take direction from leadership and help coordinate efforts with internal support teams and strategic vendors to ensure that the company is a technology leader in the live entertainment space and delivering differentiated value to our Venues, Artists, and Fans. This person will ideally have experience with venue-related applications and technologies – particularly Point of Sale systems and Digital Signage technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience as an implementation manager driving an application roll out, facilitating, establishing milestones, abiding by timelines, following up with stakeholders, etc.
- PMP Certification
- Having experience being the liaison between vendors and business stakeholders
- Experience creating effective systems and process documentation for a complex rollout across multitude of sites (ability to identify patterns and establish templates)
- Ability to exercise sound and mature judgment in complex, high pressure situations.
- 5+ years of working experience in a customer driven support role for an organization at the enterprise level
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well within a team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
Plusses:
- Experience in deploying, working with and/or supporting Point of Sale systems
- General understanding of network topology and components
- Understanding in reading floorplans and technical drawings preferred.
- Experience with Digital Signage systems and technologies preferred
- Familiarity with the Zendesk ticketing platform including navigation and reporting preferred.
