Client onboarding is at the crux of our business. It’s the key to lasting client satisfaction and retention. We utilize cloud-based project management software and a dedicated team structure to enable collaboration, free-flowing communication, and efficient problem-solving to avoid surprises for both clients and associates. To help us succeed in this mission, we’re seeking candidates ready to take on new leadership responsibility to teach and develop front line Implementation associates to contribute to a world-class client onboarding experience.

Paycor’s Associate Manager, Implementation is responsible for driving activities related to transitioning new clients to Paycor’s software applications. Requirements include demonstrated leadership skills; more specifically the ability to lead and manage a team of front-line Implementation associates to make sure each Implementation is memorable and successful. The Associate Manager’s success is ultimately measured by the team’s ability to execute client onboarding responsibilities that meet Paycor’s and clients’ high quality standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide learning and coaching to all team members relative to a best-in-class client onboarding experience 
  • Manage a team of client-facing associates responsible for effective and accurate configurations of single or multi-product implementations 
  • Cultivate relationships with Sales to understand clients’ expectations and reasons for choosing Paycor 
  • Understand Paycor’s product capabilities and how they address clients’ needs 
  • Work with internal business partners to investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot sensible solutions to technical anomalies between clients’ and Paycor systems 
  • Implement efficiency gains to maximize the client and associate experiences 
  • Ensure successful hand offs from start up to ongoing maintenance 
  • Maintain a close connection to all active implementation projects; execute day-to-day responsibilities if needed; communicate status updates to various stakeholders 
  • Establish and maintain a high level of client satisfaction 
  • Foster a working environment that is energized, motivating and contributes to the positive associate engagement 
  • Collaborate with direct reports to drive personal and organizational success; execute Paycor’s core people practices including: performance management, professional development, coaching, and recognition 
  • Allocate new deals based on availability to provide highest level of client service 
  • Analyze key Implementation metrics to assess the team’s performance; implement actions to maximize productivity and efficiencies 
  • Implement internal workflow policies/procedures 
  • Serve as an escalation point, visiting clients on site when appropriate 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in business, Operations management, HR, or related field required 
  • Payroll and/or HCM software knowledge and/or technology implementation experience preferred 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; proven performance in managing, motivating, and teaching direct reports 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills 
  • Good organizational and time management skills 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with complex technology 
  • Ability to adapt to change and a rapidly growing environment 
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs with short turnaround 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Limited travel

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $64,680-110,424. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
