To continue expanding our global reach, we are seeking a Brand Ambassador & Senior Sales Engineer who can drive business growth while passionately representing our brand and product.

As a Brand Ambassador & Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in promoting our flagship product, in delivering tailored solutions to our customers, while being the face of our brand within the cybersecurity and reverse engineering communities. This dual role requires a deep understanding of IDA Pro, a passion for building relationships, and a drive to connect with customers and the broader technical community. You will be responsible for growing our customer base, increasing brand visibility, and championing IDA Pro to new and existing users.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Ambassador Focus:

  • Act as the primary advocate for IDA Pro, representing Hex-Rays at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Build strong connections within the reverse engineering and cybersecurity communities to boost the product’s presence and influence.
  • Engage with technical experts, influencers, and user communities to understand their needs and advocate for product improvements.
  • Contribute to online and offline discussions, blogs, forums, and social media to drive awareness and support for IDA Pro.
  • Provide feedback to the development team, ensuring that customer insights shape the product roadmap.
  • Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with prospective clients in the cybersecurity, defense, government, educational and software development industries.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, manage customer queries, and guide potential clients through the sales cycle.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote IDA Pro and contribute to meet the team revenue targets.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring they continue to see value in our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted sales campaigns and gather market insights.

Key Qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience in technical (pre-)sales and business development, preferably within the cybersecurity, software, or technology industry.
  • Strong familiarity and experience with IDA Pro and its use in reverse engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proven track record of driving business and building strong customer relationships.
  • Passion for the cybersecurity, reverse engineering, and software development communities.
  • Willingness to travel and represent Hex-Rays at conferences and industry events.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
