What we are looking for:

A nurse educator for operating room software implementation that will play a crucial role in the successful integration, training, and utilization of advanced healthcare software solutions within operating room environments. This role involves project planning, implementation oversight, and comprehensive training for nursing staff to ensure seamless adoption and optimal use of software systems designed to enhance clinical workflows and patient care. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of four years of experience in nursing education, and/or project management and implementation of software solutions in healthcare settings. This team member should be passionate about delivering value to clients, solving business problems, and maintaining strong relationships with MedGEO's customers. The ideal candidate is committed, approachable, and strategic, dedicated to ensuring client success and growth.

This role will act as a Clinical Software Implementation and Customer Success Manager who works remotely and on-site to manage MedGEO's growing team of per diem implementation nurse trainers as well as our customers, ensuring the installation, implementation, execution and adoption of the product is successful.

Initial on-site work in Los Angeles (approx. 1-2 weeks) is required for the initial onboarding and training. Travel is required for early implementation and to ensure adoption with early customers.

This full-time contract position offers opportunity for advancement after a 3–6-month probation period. Benefits, including early equity, will become available as the company grows and achieves key milestones in customer acquisition, adoption, and overall success. These benefits will be tied to vesting and specific milestone requirements, contributing to the company's growth and execution.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Collaborate with various teams, including business development, product, technical, client administrators, and end users, to ensure successful implementation and training.
  • Oversee the launch of trial and pilot programs, manage clinical protocols, and onboard customers. Document and report initial use case outcomes to product, marketing, and business development management.
  • Present the MedGEO platform solution to O.R. staff and administrative users, potential early adopters, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Deliver detailed feedback and documentation on usability, interface design, UX/UI, and overall performance to the engineering and product management teams
  • User testing, including perform testing to identify and document any issues or bugs with the solution.
  • Create and provide test case scenarios for feature validation and testing designed for customer requirements and workflows.
  • Help troubleshoot any issues that arise during the deployment phase and ensure a smooth transition for all users.
  • Organize, and present to end users/customers in preparation for in-service and training workshops, including preparing all required logistical details for trial and transition period.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers and end users to facilitate the implementation of MedGEO products. Drive engagement and help users realize the value of the data and outcomes within our software solution.
  • Help provide our solutions according to customer goals, and work with end users to address site specific workflow adjustments, product use and development.
  • Aim to answer customer questions, resolve problems, and maintain customer satisfaction by resolving any problems that may arise.
  • Work with product and business development to iterate and work towards 100% customer adoption
  • Integration: Assist in the setup and integration of our clinical software solutions within operating room environments.

Additional Requirements/Certifications:

  • Registered Nurse (AORN certified a bonus)
  • Experience in nursing education, clinical trials, software implementation in healthcare settings
  • Experience in "train the trainer" programs
  • A minimum of 4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a hospital, medical research, or healthcare enterprise SaaS company
  • Ability to manage both detailed work and strategic projects
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Comfortable handling confidential information and adhering to strict HIPAA compliance guidelines
  • Skilled in delivering training sessions, organizing workshops, and managing all logistical aspects for customer change management, go-live, and transition periods.
  • Skilled in conceptualizing, developing, writing, editing, and implementing user manuals and training materials
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage protocols for clinical studies, pilot programs, and trials
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Able to prioritize multiple projects, adapt to workload changes, pressures, deadlines, and evolving project requirements
  • Ensure that all customer materials are consistently updated to reflect any changes in software solutions and applications

We are not outsourcing this position. Candidate must be authorized to work and live in the U.S.
