Responsibilities:
- Client-Centric Technical Solutions Design
- Analyze client requirements across diverse industries (retail, corporate, Education) and design tailored commercial display solutions (LED, IFPD, digital signage) that align with technical feasibility, budget, and business objectives.
- Create compelling technical proposals, including system architecture diagrams, product specifications, and ROI-driven value propositions.
- Pre-Sales Technical Leadership
- Act as the technical bridge between sales teams and clients, delivering product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) validations, and scenario-based technical consultations.
- Translate complex display technologies (e.g., LED controllers, video wall topologies, CMS integration) into clear, client-facing documentation and presentations.
- End-to-End Project Enablement
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless handover from presales to implementation, providing technical guidance on hardware/software integration, network compatibility, and system optimization.
- Troubleshoot presales-stage technical challenges (e.g., site compatibility assessments, content workflow design) to mitigate risks during deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Mobilize internal resources (R&D, logistics, engineering) and external partners (system integrators, distributors) to align technical capabilities with project timelines and client expectations.
- Conduct post-project reviews to refine presales processes and enhance solution accuracy.

- Proven Technical Expertise:
- 3+ years in presales engineering, technical consultancy, or solution design roles within the commercial display industry (LED, IFPD, digital signage).
- Hands-on experience with display technologies (e.g., calibration tools, video processors, CMS platforms) and their application in enterprise environments.
- Client-First Mindset:
- Demonstrated ability to translate client pain points into scalable technical solutions, with a portfolio of successful case studies.
- Strong listening skills to uncover implicit requirements (e.g., user adoption barriers, future scalability needs).
- Operational Agility:
- Proficiency in managing multiple presales cycles concurrently, prioritizing tasks in fast-paced scenarios (e.g., retail rollouts, event-driven deadlines).
- Experience with project management tools and CRM systems.
- Technical & Communication Excellence:
- Deep knowledge of AV/IT integration, network protocols, and display calibration standards.
- Ability to simplify technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining precision in internal communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in AV technologies (CTS) or project management (PMP, Agile).
