Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Conversational AI Sales Engineer to support the pre-sales process by engaging with clients, demonstrating AI-driven solutions, and driving technical sales discussions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in natural language processing (NLP), AI-driven chatbot solutions, and cloud-based AI services, combined with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales teams to understand client needs and develop AI-driven conversational solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor by educating clients on AI best practices and value propositions.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and technical documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI and NLP to provide innovative recommendations to clients.
- Ensure AI solutions align with security, compliance, and ethical AI best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Business, or a related field.
- Strong experience with chatbot platforms such as Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson Assistant, or Rasa.
- Proficiency in NLP technologies, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, supporting pre-sales, technical sales, or solution consulting.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) models.
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
- Background in business development or technical sales related to AI solutions.
