Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MS Teams Deployment Engineer with over 6 years of solution engineering experience. This role is essential for deploying and overseeing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) within a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of meeting room technologies, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and audiovisual conferencing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Maintain detailed documentation of MTR configurations, settings, and user guides.
• Generate regular performance reports, utilization statistics, and user feedback for ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Lead and contribute to MTR deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution phases.
• Efficiently manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the global deployment of MS Teams and refresh existing meeting room technologies.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary contact for design discussions related to meeting room setups.
• Work with audio-visual suppliers to procure necessary equipment for meeting rooms.

Required Skills

​

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and audiovisual conferencing technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
• Strong capabilities in network troubleshooting, endpoint management, and IT security.
• Familiarity with Android, Windows, Intune, and mobile device management (MDM).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with proven project management experience.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A certification in Microsoft Teams or related areas is preferred (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate).
• Extensive experience in large enterprise environments, particularly with MTR deployment.
