Director - Microsoft D365 Solutions Sales
We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Sales professional to spearhead the growth and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Operations solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving pre-sales, crafting go-to-market strategies and building long-term channel and partners relationships. This role requires a blend of solution-selling expertise, business acumen, and technical understanding of Dynamics 365 applications.

Job Details and Skill Set:

The candidate must have a proven experience (7+ years) in solution sales or business development, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Project Operations.

Solution Expertise and Pre-Sales:
β
β
- Lead the end-to-end pre-sales cycle for Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Operations solutions, including prospecting.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Operations, demonstrating the value of these solutions in solving business challenges.
- Estimation, Costing and proposal management working with stakeholders. Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure solution proposals meet their business goals.
- Partner with pre-sales consultants and technical teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs).

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Business Development:

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Dynamics 365 solutions, including targeted campaigns, positioning, and industry-specific use cases.
- Work closely with marketing teams to create thought leadership content, webinars, and events to drive market awareness and demand.
- Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points to continuously refine GTM strategies.
- Support building pipeline through events, and partnerships.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers during pursuit process.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insights on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Collaboration and Leadership:

- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the seamless transition of sold projects.
- Partner with the broader sales organization, Microsoft teams, and channel partners to drive joint success.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members to enhance overall team performance.

Education:

- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
