Position Overview  

We are seeking a Director of Enrollments to lead and manage a team of Account Executives focused on selling our training solutions. This role involves both direct sales and team leadership, with compensation based on personal sales commissions and an override on team performance. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, team management, and performance-driven leadership.  

​

Key Responsibilities  

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Account Executives.  
  • Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize team performance.  
  • Actively engage in direct sales, managing a personal pipeline alongside team oversight.  
  • Set performance expectations, track progress, and provide coaching to improve results.  
  • Monitor sales metrics and ensure targets are met or exceeded.  
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes and market positioning.

Qualifications & Experience  

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate training, education, or technology services.  
  • Experience in sales leadership or team management.  
  • Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals.  
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to balance personal sales with leadership responsibilities.  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.  
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking is a plus.

Compensation  

  • Commission on personal sales with uncapped earning potential.  
  • Override commission on team sales performance.
