We recently invested in an exciting, early stage startup, which is building an ecosystem for the wholesale commerce space. Considered to be one of the fastest growing, (non-AI) startups in the industry, this three sided marketplace, is uniting brands, independent sales reps and distributors into one platform.

We are looking to connect with Sales leaders who have experience scaling commercial 

initiatives across the rep base. More specifically, someone who can develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focused on field sales enablement and success. Create scalable training programs and incentive structures to empower thousands of field sales reps. The right candidate will formalize a strategic plan to target and engage field sales reps in key 

markets. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies to mobilize the sales force toward our business objectives. 

Work culture: fully onsite, in their Manhattan HQ. This is a 100% merit-based team and unlimited ceiling in terms of professional growth.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in scaling a national field sales team. 

• Experience in distribution is preferred, but not required. Adjacent industries are welcome. 

• Strong analytical capability with a proven track record of structuring & scaling field sales orgs. 

• Startup or high-growth company experience preferred.

This is an in-person opportunity and we're only considering candidates who can commit to being in the office 5 days / week.
