We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing company in the sports industry for a Director of Inside Sales to lead a growing team and drive revenue in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
In this role, you’ll manage a team of 10 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and 5 Account Executives, working closely with them to execute high-volume, short-cycle sales. We're looking for a hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to be in the trenches, picking up the phone alongside the team and setting the tone.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 15 sales professionals (BDRs & AEs).
- Drive performance for shorter sales cycles and hit aggressive revenue targets.
- Roll up your sleeves and actively participate in prospecting and closing deals.
- Build and refine sales processes while maintaining a sharp eye for the details.
- Track and report on KPIs, ensuring a metrics-driven approach with no room for excuses.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of inside sales management experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or fast-paced B2C/B2B environments.
- Proven success managing teams focused on short sales cycles.
- Hands-on leadership style — you lead from the front, not from behind a desk.
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
- Highly accountable and focused on driving results.
💰 Compensation:
- Base salary up to $150,000
- Bonuses up to $50,000 (Total target earnings of $200,000+)
- Equity opportunity available
This is an on-site position at the Dallas office (no remote option).
