Job Summary:

The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  •  Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  •  Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive business growth.
  •  Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  •  Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  •  Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize sales performance.
  •  Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer experience and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  •  Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  •  Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  •  5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  •  Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  •  Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
