- Worksite Location: Bovey, MN
- Compensation: $80,000-120,000 (Base Salary Range) + commission
What you’ll do as the Sales Director:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the customer base, targeting domestic and international markets
- Identify and engage potential clients, including OEMs and suppliers in need of custom wire harness solutions
- Build strong relationships with procurement, supply chain, and engineering teams to understand their wire harness needs
- Present and demonstrate wire harness solutions to prospective customers
- Utilize ChatGPT and AI-driven marketing strategies to enhance sales outreach, create compelling content, and improve engagement
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals that align with company objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and logistics) to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent and expand our national and international market presence
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software
What you’ll bring to the Sales Director role:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in wire harness manufacturing or related industries (electronics, automotive, industrial equipment, construction, government contracts)
- Strong network within the agriculture, oil & gas, or HVAC sectors is a plus
- Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools for sales, marketing, and content creation
- Strong digital marketing skills, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and content development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and international opportunities as needed
