  • Worksite Location: Bovey, MN
  • Compensation: $80,000-120,000 (Base Salary Range) + commission 

What you’ll do as the Sales Director:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the customer base, targeting domestic and international markets
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including OEMs and suppliers in need of custom wire harness solutions
  • Build strong relationships with procurement, supply chain, and engineering teams to understand their wire harness needs
  • Present and demonstrate wire harness solutions to prospective customers
  • Utilize ChatGPT and AI-driven marketing strategies to enhance sales outreach, create compelling content, and improve engagement
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals that align with company objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and logistics) to ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent and expand our national and international market presence
  • Track sales performance, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software

What you’ll bring to the Sales Director role:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in wire harness manufacturing or related industries (electronics, automotive, industrial equipment, construction, government contracts)
  • Strong network within the agriculture, oil & gas, or HVAC sectors is a plus
  • Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools for sales, marketing, and content creation
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and content development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and international opportunities as needed
