Qualifications

• 3+ years of Director experience in sales. 
• Proven experience in hotel sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy rates.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and other stakeholders to generate business opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and following up on inquiries.
