We are currently assisting our client, a fast-growing aviation ERP software specializing in MRO/parts. Looking to further saturate the sales market in Dallas/Northern Dallas, (along with FL area) and are in need of hungry Business Development director to expand the market and sales teams in that area. The person they are looking for would be selling aviation ERP software specializing in MRO/parts.

Salary base range: $90K-$120K
Commissions starts at 8% and up
With the commissions potential (ability to make up to $250K)
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vison after 90 Days.
PTO: 3 Weeks (Can roll over 40 hours every year)
401K: Yes
Sick Pay: 5 Days

Would be mostly a REMOTE position with 40-50% on the ground developing and gaining business. Mileage will be paid.

Job Overview
A dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Business Development is needed to lead sales strategy and revenue growth in the aviation technology sector. This leadership role involves developing and executing sales initiatives, expanding market presence, and cultivating strong business relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning β Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Sales Leadership β Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and goal achievement.
- Market Analysis β Conduct in-depth research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management β Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders; generate leads and close deals.
- Business Development β Identify and pursue new partnerships, collaborations, and business opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations through various channels, including virtual meetings and trade shows.
- Revenue Growth β Drive revenue expansion through effective sales strategies and negotiation.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting β Provide accurate forecasting, track sales performance, and report pipeline activity.
- Product Expertise β Maintain deep knowledge of aviation software solutions to effectively promote and sell products.
- Networking & Industry Engagement β Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance industry presence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration β Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align business objectives.
- Customer Satisfaction β Ensure excellent client service by addressing concerns and delivering tailored solutions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales and business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the aviation industry (preferably in MRO, parts sales, supply chain, or a related field).
- ERP Experience: PREFERRED!
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
