Our client provides IT Services to their clients in the form of:
- Dispatch services: Dispatching teams to provide on-site technical support, such as laptop repairs and hardware replacement
- Project Work: Delivering mid to large-scale solutions to clients
- Staffing Services: Traditional staffing with a focus on help desk, infrastructure, and hardware roles.

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Director of Sales to drive their sales efforts and build a scalable sales team. This is a hands-on sales leadership role where youβll initially focus on developing a book of business, implementing structured sales strategies, and establishing account plans.
β
Over time, your focus will shift to hiring and managing a high-performing sales team, transitioning the role to one of leadership and management within 2β4 years.
β
The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, proven sales expertise, and the ability to establish and grow a sales organization from the ground up. While prior experience in dispatch or project work isnβt necessary (training provided), familiarity with IT staffing or IT infrastructure services is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust sales methodology.
- Build and maintain a personal book of business while driving revenue growth.
- Create account plans and establish measurable sales metrics.
- Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Transition from hands-on selling to a leadership role over 2β4 years.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with operational goals.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership and building/managing sales teams.
- Strong background in sales methodologies, account planning, and metrics-driven management.
- Experience selling IT staffing services or IT infrastructure services is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation:
- Base salary: $90,000β$110,000 (flexible based on experience).
- Commission plan with override potential on team performance as they are hired.
