Overview

The Director  of Sales Enablement is responsible for putting the strategy, systems and training in place to support successful on-boarding, certification & on-going education for the GTM team in a dynamic growth environment.

Position Location 

This is a remote-based position within the Continental US.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an enablement strategy designed to drive consistency and increase revenue across the inside sales, sales and account management teams (GTM).
  • Design, utilizing standard LMS tools and learning principles, content to support enablement of GTM team. This includes, creating the framework to support learning & delivering the training.
  • Working with various teams across business units, partner to develop and deliver content that includes product training, systems training, and “the basics” (presentation skills, prospecting, etc.)
  • Partnering with HR & leadership work to tracking and analyze GTM performance, developing learning plans for improvement/
  • Provide regularly updates to senior leadership on sales enablement initiatives and their impact on performance, developing KPIs and metrics + highlighting ROI where possible.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to GTM teams, working to highlight what is working and what isn’t.
  • Implement standard process for Win/Loss Analysis, creating feedback loop to key stakeholders for process/product improvement & enablement to support gaps in process . 

Qualifications

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field 

Experience: 

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement or Learning & Development
  • Proficiency in LMS tools & standard GTM tools (Salesforce, Highspot, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.)
  • Pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred
