What You’ll Do

​

  •  Lead & Grow the Business – Oversee sales, production, and operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  •  Drive Sales Performance – Mentor and support the sales team to exceed revenue goals and enhance customer acquisition.
  •  Optimize Operations & Production – Streamline workflows, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  •  Enhance Customer Experience – Improve client satisfaction, reputation management, and customer communication.
  •  Manage Insurance & Claims Process – Oversee insurance claims, financial tracking, and Public Adjuster partnerships.
  •  Build & Develop Teams – Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
  •  Ensure Compliance & Risk Management – Maintain industry regulations, safety standards, and risk mitigation strategies.

What You Bring To The Team

​

  •  Proven Leadership Experience in sales, operations, or project management (5+ years preferred).
  •  Industry Expertise in construction, home improvement, roofing, siding, or restoration (preferred).
  •  Strong Business Acumen – Ability to optimize costs, track KPIs, and drive revenue growth.
  •  Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – Experience with CRM systems (Spotio, JobNimbus) and AI-driven processes.
  •  Customer-Centric Mindset – Strong problem-solving skills to enhance client satisfaction.
  •  Excellent Communication & Team Management – Ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  •  Valid Driver’s License & Clean Background Check Required.

Location: Northern Virginia

​

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + Performance-Based Incentives

​

Schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional weekends as needed

​

Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
