Job Overview
As the Director of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our presence in the IT industry. This is a remote role, ideal for a seasoned sales professional with 5+ years of experience in IT sales, particularly in staff augmentation and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals.
- Expand the business by identifying new opportunities and growing our client base across the US.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other lead generation tools to connect with potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the IT staffing and technology solutions industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on staff augmentation, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other lead generation tools.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Basic understanding of IT staffing and technology solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
