Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales Enablement to join our Global Sales Operations team. This role is crucial in equipping our sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to maximize their effectiveness in the market. You will develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with our business goals and drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development:
- Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy that supports Hammerspace’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales enablement initiatives with the company’s vision and goals.
- Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to ensure the team is equipped to effectively communicate our value proposition and close deals.
- Tool and Resource Management:
- Identify, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and technologies that improve sales productivity.
- Curate and maintain a library of sales resources, including presentations, case studies, competitive analysis, and objection-handling guides.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and sales leadership to create cohesive messaging and effective go-to-market strategies.
- Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust enablement strategies accordingly.
- Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously refine and enhance the enablement process.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to ensure that the sales team is well-prepared to address market challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles, ideally within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, particularly in the tech sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in sales enablement technologies and CRM platforms.

Salary range for this role is $160,000-190,000.
