Job Description

​

Key Responsibilities:

​

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
  • Oversee and optimize sales operations, including contract management, renewals, pricing strategies, and financial tracking.
  • Develop and enforce sales policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines while advocating for internal stakeholders in complex sales negotiations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and decision-making across the sales organization.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Drive customer contract audits and verifications, ensuring proactive communication with C-level executives regarding contract renewals and pricing adjustments.
  • Manage and oversee invoicing for recurring License, Subscription, and Maintenance revenue, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Lead the preparation, review, and management of non-standard contract amendments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor and develop a team of sales operations professionals, fostering growth and best practices within the function.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and special projects to support sales growth and operational excellence.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making through robust analytics and reporting, providing insights to support sales leadership in forecasting and performance measurement.
  • Maintain a pulse on industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovations into the sales operations framework.
  • Position will require less than 10% travel.

  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting complex contract language and financial data.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, contract management, pricing strategies, and process optimization.
  • Ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and contribute to the success of a fast-paced sales organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000 - $236,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
