Director / Senior Director - Sales
Relevant Experience:
The incumbent should have at least 12-15 years in IT Services sales in the US Market with a proven track record and excellent sales and account management credentials. Candidate should have IT Services & Platform Solution selling experience with a passion to Win New Logos & mining existing accounts. Proven experience in selling Customer Experience Management Solutions including CMS, UX/UI, CRM, and CCM across different technology & platforms in the Banking, FS & Insurance industries.
Role Description:
- Achieving booking, billing and profitability targets for the region.
- Prospecting, qualifying, solutioning, negotiating, and closing mid/large-sized business deals.
- GTM strategy for new leads & pipeline, winning new accounts and expanding business in existing accounts
- Understanding & experience in Banking, Insurance, FS, ISV, Retail, and Utilities industry
- Setting customer expectations consistent with service offerings and delivery potential.
- Developing a healthy pipeline of suspects and prospects and accurately forecasting business deals to be closed.
- Maintaining contact and opportunity information complete, accurate and in a timely manner in CRM.
- Having a comprehensive channel strategy/multipoint lead generation.
- Attending and representing the company at various business and industry meetings and trade shows.
- Working with onsite and offshore teams to build proposals through to securing business and post-contract management.
