Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Director/VP Sales for the Staffing Industry at Edgesys. The role involves overseeing sales activities, developing strategies to drive business growth, managing relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and objectives.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

 

About the Role:

As Director/VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our sales and sourcing teams. 

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the driving force behind our delivery strategies. 

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a profound understanding of the IT staffing landscape in the US. 

Your leadership prowess, coupled with your adeptness in communication and team motivation, will be crucial to your success in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a catalyst between the sales and sourcing teams.
  • Oversee and lead delivery operations with a focus on business objectives and targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with direct clients and opportunities, positioning staffing as a central business unit.
  • Demonstrate expertise in US staffing, with a strong background in top-tier US staffing companies.
  • Ensure timely deliverables and adherence to USCIS policies and US staffing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Managers to align client expectations, process progress, and requirements.
  • Bring a minimum of 10 years' experience in IT staffing, including 3 years of leading deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Strategically plan and execute timely talent delivery according to business demand.
  • Foster an atmosphere of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
  • Introduce innovative recruiting practices to enhance team productivity.
  • Define career paths, build leadership, manage attrition, and promote ownership and delivery.
  • Possess excellent analytical, communication, client management, and negotiation skills.
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration would be advantageous.
