Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate EDA Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team of Sales & Applications experts. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and customers to provide best-in-class solutions for high-speed digital and RF/microwave designs.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Partner with customers to provide technical expertise and innovative solutions in RF Component/System Design, Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, SERDES, or Memory Design.
- Support EDA tool integration and optimization for cutting-edge electronic and semiconductor designs.
- Assist customers in their best practice adopting the software tools and optimize their success within customer’s design flows.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, fostering inclusivity and innovation in our global community.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- An extroverted, proactive mindset with strong customer engagement skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present, persuade, and build relationships.
- Several years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
- RF Component or RF System Design
- Signal Integrity/Power Integrity
- SERDES Design
- Memory Design
- Applications Engineering
- Strong knowledge of RF & High-Speed Digital, RF/Microwave, or Electronic System Level Design concepts.
- Proficiency with Keysight EDA tools (ADS, SystemVue) or equivalent industry-standard EDA tools.
- A self-starter attitude, comfortable with outreach and initiating customer interactions.
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Deep expertise in High-Speed Digital Design & Verification.
- Proven experience in Design Engineering, Application Engineering, or Customer Interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support colleagues, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace
Location & Relocation Requirements
- We welcome applications from candidates across Europe; however, this role requires relocation to Germany. While the position is remote-friendly, candidates must be based or willing to relocate within Germany to be eligible.
