My client is an insurance agency that specializes in group benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) for companies that have anywhere from 2 to 300 employees. They are in Fife, WA. The firm is known for being very client centered. They have a good team culture with strong tenure and loyal clients. This is a service and administrative role; there is no selling involved. This role supports the sales team. Your job starts after the employer group has selected their benefits plan for the following year.

Responsibilities
As the Implementation Account Manager, you will:

- Add new HR personnel to the carrier online portals
- Process enrollments, terminations, and changes for select clients
- Answer general questions that come in daily including coordination of benefits, covered benefits, eligibility, merger & acquisitions, compliance, etc.
- Complete compliance forms and notifications
- Help clients with bill discrepancies and bill audits.

Compensation and Work Environment
The job pays $30 to $33.50/hour and has full benefits. This is a Mon to Fri in-office role with free parking. The office is fun, they celebrate employee milestones and offer continuing education. They are a boutique agency you can depend on for stable employment and they have no interest in selling out to a national brokerage.

Requirements
The job requires a WA Life & Disability license, strong computer skills with MS Office, especially Excel. Sales Force knowledge is a huge plus. Must have strong detail orientation and organization skills.
