We're seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to spearhead our team of 10+ Enterprise Sales Executives and drive revenue growth in specialized verticals. With a turnover of $350 million and minimum 40% YnY growth, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

As the Enterprise Sales Director, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion, directly reporting to the General Manager. Your mission? To lead a team of 6+ Enterprise Sales Executives, charting a course for revenue growth and market expansion across specialized verticals.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

​

​

✔️ Proven track record of multi-year sales attainment as an Enterprise sales team leader (5 AEs+)

✔️ Master a coaching AE's to overachieve targets.

✔️ Experience growing a $5-$10m book of business in enterprise sales targeting fortune 500 clients. 

✔️ Deep expertise in enterprise sales, ideally within a verticalized industry structure

✔️ Ability to sell via business problems and outcomes, not just licenses
