As we expand our presence in the United States, we are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director with proven expertise in cybersecurity sales to drive growth in this critical market. This role is tailored for a results-driven individual contributor who excels in direct enterprise sales, collaborates effectively with channel partners, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The position reports directly to the SVP of North America.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation and Management

  • Identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities to build a robust and sustainable pipeline.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and market trends to develop accurate and reliable sales forecasts.
  • Proactively engage with enterprise prospects, ensuring consistent deal progression.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Apply MEDDPICC/MEDDIC methodologies to qualify opportunities and align solutions with client needs.
  • Create and present impactful Business Value Assessments (BVAs) and ROI-driven business cases to enterprise clients.
  • Focus on securing and closing large deals while consistently exceeding sales quotas.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Cultivate strong relationships with CIOs, CISOs, heads of SOCs, and other key decision-makers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, demonstrating deep understanding of their security challenges and business objectives.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships through exceptional service and follow-up.

Channel Partner Collaboration

  • Engage with resellers, integrators, MSSPs, and other channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to identify opportunities, drive joint go-to-market initiatives, and deliver client solutions.
  • Provide ongoing sales and technical support to channel partners, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.

Market Development and Regional Expansion

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and establish a strong presence across the U.S.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing and sales campaigns to drive brand visibility and pipeline growth.
  • Represent Nothreat.io at webinars, conferences, and industry events, positioning the company as a leader in cybersecurity.

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Technical Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Product teams, to ensure alignment with client and channel partner needs.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Territory Management

  • Develop and implement strategies for sustained growth across the United States.
  • Optimize sales efforts through efficient territory coverage and client prioritization.
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients, channel partners, attend events, and drive business development efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Cybersecurity Sales Expertise: 5–10 years of proven B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, with a strong track record in enterprise markets.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and close large, complex deals.
  • Channel Collaboration: Experience working with channel partners, including resellers, integrators, and MSSPs, to drive joint sales efforts.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in cybersecurity technologies, including IoT security and zero-day threat detection.
  • Established Network: Strong connections with enterprise IT leaders, CIOs, CISOs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Independent, commission-driven self-starter with a passion for achieving results in a high-growth environment.
  • Tools Proficiency: Skilled in CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools.
