Concilia Services Inc.

Concilia Services Inc. is a leader in class action settlement administration. We offer turnkey solutions for claims processing, settlement fund disbursement, fraud detection, and client support. Our team specializes in ensuring efficient and seamless handling of claims while maintaining compliance with legal and technological standards.

Job Description

Concilia is seeking a versatile developer who is comfortable working across a broad range of technologies and skill sets. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building modern websites and internal tools to streamline the administration of class action settlements.

You’ll work closely with your manager to execute settlements from a technical perspective—handling everything from spreadsheet-based data processing, to launching large-scale email and SMS campaigns, to building and maintaining high-volume web forms, and managing notifications and fund distributions. Throughout, you’ll be focused on simplifying and optimizing these processes through thoughtful, effective use of technology.

We recognize that no single candidate will have expertise in every technology or responsibility listed above from day one—and that’s okay. What we’re truly looking for is someone who brings curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn. If you’re excited by the opportunity to work across a wide range of technical domains and are motivated to take on meaningful challenges, we encourage you to apply—even if you don’t meet every listed qualification.
