Now Hiring: Head of Sales to join our awesome team, build our outbound channels, and scale the team and the pipeline.
Location: hybrid work in San Francisco or regular business trips from another part of the US.
🧑💻 What you'll do:
- Close deals not only with the team but on your own;
- Manage, build, and scale the existing global sales team;
- Test and establish effective outbound sales channels (emails, cold calling, etc);
- Set the goals and track the progress of the team;
- Oversee the existing sales process, identify problems and challenges, provide solutions, and create new processes;
- Present regular updates to the executive team, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
🧑🚀 About you:
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly with products priced between $500-$10,000 per month;
- Experience in a marketplace is a plus;
- Work with US customers (SMBs and enterprises);
- Built and managed high-performing sales teams;
- Hands-on sales leader;
- Passionate about closing deals and delivering results;
- Open-minded about various sales channels and strategies;
- Experience working in a startup or a fast-changing environment;
- Love data and make only data-driven decisions;
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing ARR.
