Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Narcosa’s vision and growth objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, target segments, and revenue streams to drive sustainable growth.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations, providing guidance and support to team members.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Analyze and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Implement best practices and tools to enhance the sales team’s performance and productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and overall business strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to enhance the customer journey.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a Head of Sales or senior sales executive position, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and building successful sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
