This company is committed to expanding beyond supplements into broader health and wellness applications, leveraging science-backed ingredients. Specialises in prebiotic ingredients with clear applications in nutraceuticals and supplements with a vision to grow beyond supplements into health and wellness, bridging both markets.
The Role:
As the Head of Sales, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will lead a small but growing sales team, currently comprising two direct reports, with plans to expand further.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and market share.
- Managing and growing the sales team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Building relationships with key customers and partners in the nutraceutical and supplement sectors.
- Working closely with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
- Driving business development efforts, particularly in technical ingredients.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the nutraceutical, supplement, or functional ingredients sector.
- Experienced in adding SKU's and growing a portfolio of ingredients.
- Strong background in selling technical ingredients and business development.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
