Our approach is uniqueβinstead of relying on a traditional sales team, our non-profits ARE the sales force. When we onboard 400 charities, we have 400 active sales representatives driving new sponsorships. Your role? To build, train, and scale this distributed sales force into a high-performing, revenue-generating machine.

The Role
β
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing a scalable sales strategy that leverages our non-profits as an extended sales network. You will oversee the entire sales process, ensuring non-profits are trained, equipped, and motivated to secure business sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities:
β
- Develop & Execute a Scalable Sales Strategy β Design a system where non-profits can effectively pitch and close sponsorship deals.
- Build & Manage a High-Performing Sales Ecosystem β Train, support, and optimize a distributed salesforce of 400+ non-profits to drive sponsorship acquisition.
- Create Sales Enablement Resources β Develop scripts, training modules, pitch decks, and automated workflows that make selling easy and repeatable for non-profits.
- Own Revenue Growth β Your success is measured in sponsorship dollars secured and the efficiency of the non-profit salesforce under your leadership.
- Establish KPIs & Performance Tracking β Build dashboards and reporting tools to track non-profit engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Drive Training & Motivation β Lead webinars, coaching sessions, and community engagement initiatives to keep non-profits confident and consistent in their sales efforts.
- Refine the Sales Process β Continuously analyze data and feedback to remove bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and optimize sales messaging.

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

β Within 3 months: A fully operational, data-driven sales system that equips non-profits with scripts, resources, and a clear path to closing sponsorship deals.

β Within 6 months: A salesforce of 500+ actively engaged non-profits generating predictable revenue from business sponsorships.
β
β Within 12 months: A scalable sales engine where 2,000+ non-profits are securing $250,000+ in sponsorships each and collectively driving tens of millions in funding.
β
There are 2,000,000+ non-profits in the North America Region. Within 5 years, we expect and anticipate to have at least 10% (217,000 non-profits in our programs.)

β Proven sales leader with experience in B2B sales, sponsorship acquisition, or high-volume salesforce management.
