Implementation Consultant
Description
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a recent college graduate who is eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an Implementation Consultant, you will wear multiple hats, contributing to a variety of tasks that drive the successful implementation of our Document Automation solution for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis, including gathering requirements, identifying pain points, and defining business processes
- Collaborate with the team to participate in quality assurance (QA) of the product
- Coordinate project tasks and timelines to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in training customers on how to use our document automation solutions
- Support the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration with client systems
- Work closely with clients to ensure they are highly satisfied with the product and the ROIs are met
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to evolving project needs and tackling diverse challenges as they arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- A strong desire to learn and adapt quickly in a tech-driven environment
- Technical mindset with an interest in process automation (through use of AI, RPA and APIs)
- SQL knowledge is a plus but not required
- Ability to multitask, juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining focus and quality
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Flexibility to work across different time zones when required
- Enthusiasm for working with clients and delivering exceptional service
