Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager who is passionate about driving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a proven track record of successfully onboarding customers and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be an evangelist for our product and possess strong strategic account management skills to drive upsells and maximize customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience.
  • Identify key pain points and challenges in the onboarding process and develop strategies to address them effectively.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the onboarding process.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them maximize the value of Loop AI's products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, to drive upsells and expansion opportunities.
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding success, product adoption, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer implementation, account management, or a related field, preferably in the technology or food industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully onboarding customers and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic account management skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers at all levels of the organization.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving outcomes and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation: $120k base + $30k variable + early equity
