Reporting to the Director of Implementation, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical execution of our radiology workflow solutions. Implementation Manager

Location: Aventura, Florida or Remote

Report to: Director of Implementation

Status: Full-Time

 

AbbaDox is seeking a skilled Implementation Manager to lead the successful deployment of our radiology workflow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in healthcare IT implementations, project management, and technical oversight. You will manage all aspects of the implementation process, from project planning to client go-live, ensuring that our solutions meet and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities 

  • Project Management: Oversee all project management tasks, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline management. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress against milestones, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Radiology Workflow Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' radiology workflows to identify pain points and areas for improvement. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and configure AbbaDox solutions accordingly, while staying within the contracted scope.
  • Application Configuration: Lead the configuration of AbbaDox applications to meet the specific needs of each client. Work closely with implementation specialists to translate client requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Technical Oversight: Manage the technical aspects of implementations, including system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting technical issues. Ensure seamless integration and functionality of AbbaDox solutions.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary technical contact for clients, addressing their concerns, providing clear explanations of solutions, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the implementation process.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure that AbbaDox solutions are fully functional and meet client requirements before deployment.
  • Collaboration with Product and Development Teams: Share client feedback, technical requirements, and suggestions with product and development teams to inform product enhancements and improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Work with the Director of Implementation to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and streamline the implementation process.
  • Professional Service Hours: Accurately record professional service hours for each project to ensure effective client billing and financial reporting.

 

Requirements 

  • College Degree BA/BS degree or HS + relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in implementing and configuring healthcare IT solutions, with a focus on radiology workflow systems.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of medical imaging, RIS, PACS, and patient engagement systems.
  • Experience with project management principles and tools. Certification in Project Management (CAPM, PMP) or Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and excellent phone skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for customer site visits, including assessments, training sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live events.
  • Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
