About The Role

Our client is seeking a customer-facing Implementation Manager to join the growing Customer Success team. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers and enhance internal processes for efficiency.

How will You Contribute?

• Managing end-to-end implementations with new customers
• Configuring key system components
• Communicating effectively with customers at various levels
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinating project timelines and tasks
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues

What Qualifications and Skills are Required?

• 5+ years of experience leading SaaS enterprise-wide implementation projects
• Experience working with external customers and tech teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities

Nice-to-Haves:

• Interest in healthcare/behavioral health
• Project Management Certification
• Previous user training experience
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Salary Range

 $110,000 to $160,000 per year
