Key Responsibilities:

​

Documentation of Current Printer Workflows:

• Must have work experience as an Implementation Manager  
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing printer workflows within the healthcare facility.  
• Collaborate with clinical staff, IT teams, and other stakeholders to map out current printer processes and usage.  
• Create detailed documentation outlining the existing workflows, including printer locations, configurations, and usage patterns

VDI Deployment Support: ( Phase 3 )

• Assist in the deployment of VDI, focusing on the integration and optimization of printer workflows.  
• Ensure that printer configurations are seamlessly integrated into the VDI environment to support clinical operations.

Training and Education:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinicians, physicians, doctors and support staff on the new printer workflows post-VDI deployment.  
• Create user-friendly guides, training materials, and quick-reference sheets to facilitate smooth transitions.  
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure all staff members are comfortable with the new workflows.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all printer workflow-related issues during the VDI deployment.  
• Regularly update stakeholders on progress, challenges, and any changes to the implementation plan.  
• Work closely with the IT and clinical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the transition.

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the new printer workflows post-deployment.  
• Gather feedback from end-users to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.  
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the deployment process.  
• Communication to the team and coordinate Change Management based on customer process
