Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and facilitate weekly calls with the organizations to discuss project status and success criteria
  • Communicate the timelines effectively both internally and externally and get sign off on the project scope  
  • Coordinate internal status meetings with the Implementation Specialists’ assisting to ensure all risks are brought up and mitigated with the organizations
  • Maintain all proper documentation of projects in the system of record
  • Facilitate discussion of best practice workflows to the organizations for all facets of the project 
  • Successfully transition finished projects over to support and customer success
  • Own the end-to-end completion of multi-faceted projects 
  • Retain groups go live for a period of two weeks to begin working on a punch list of issues to solve, passing needed items over to customer success. 
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients and develop an understanding of their individual needs
  • Translate business requirements into a robust, scalable design and drive proper change control through the life cycle of the project (Analyze, Configuration, Conversion, Validation, and Go-Live)
  • Escalate any issues or concerns to the Manager of Professional Services 
  • Stay current on all new features and enhancements for CentralReach and/or related products you are supporting
  • Work with Management on resource allocation
  • Train clients in your area of expertise, if needed 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years managing software implementations in a SaaS environment
  • Passion for improving process and quality of work 
  • Ability to successfully work across various stakeholders both internally and externally 
  • Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track at the same time while ensuring quality and attention to detail to preserve the customer experience 
  • Previous knowledge of CentralReach platforms is a plus
  • Experience working to consult with customers to translate business requirements into system configuration
  • Ability to convey new material easily and thoroughly and support organizations in their individual needs
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and HIPAA
  • EMR/EHR experience is preferred, although not necessary 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
