Our client is seeking an Implementation Manager with experience in leading software implementation projects. The award-winning software has seen tremendous market growth, and the team is looking for an adaptable individual with a “can do” attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will report to the Vice President of Implementation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the deployment of the company's products to radiology practices and health systems.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process by managing project timelines, dependencies, and communications with executive, clinical, and IT stakeholders.
- Work independently to plan, monitor, and manage complex customer-facing projects.
- Define project plans tailored to each customer’s unique needs, resources, organizational structure, and desired business outcomes.
- Develop issue resolution and mitigation strategies based on data-driven decision-making.
- Understand customer workflows and gather requirements through interviews and workshops with key stakeholders.
- Build partnerships with customer counterparts.
- Ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time and of high quality.
- Perform risk management and implement corrective measures.
- Create and distribute relevant information and status reports to management and customers.
- Lead customer and internal calls.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the company’s product, engineering, and customer success teams for project goal setting, data integration, testing, and product feedback.
- Build and maintain onboarding templates, documentation, and best practices.
- Contribute to establishing a world-class implementation organization aiming to exceed customer expectations with attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable service.

Who the Team is Looking For
- At least 2 years of relevant project management, implementation management, technical project management, or similar client-facing experience, preferably in a healthcare or healthcare IT environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to prioritize competing priorities, deliver outcomes on time, and create documentation.
- Excellent people/relationship management, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to hold others accountable.
- Practical working knowledge of SaaS solutions, implementations, and technical concepts.
- Eagerness to continuously learn, adapt, improve, and assist others in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with all functions and areas of the company to share in challenges and successes, and work collaboratively towards common goals.

Nice to Haves
- A Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Prior experience or familiarity with radiology workflows and/or radiology-specific healthcare IT.
- Growth stage scale startup experience.
- Prior professional consulting or healthcare software implementation experience.
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and EHRs.
