Position Summary

The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the successful deployment and integration of new systems, initiatives, software systems, applications, or services across the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that implementations are carried out efficiently, on time, and within scope. The Implementation Manager works under the supervision of the Vice President of Products & Member Experience and in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including training, business operations, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, from initial planning to post-implementation support.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring resources, timelines, and deliverables are aligned with project goals.
  • Collaborate with the GST, appropriate community members and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Ensure the smooth integration of new systems, applications, and technologies into existing CC environments.
  • Promptly address any issues identified during testing period to avoid project delays.
  • Provide ongoing support during the transition phase to ensure successful adoption and user satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation throughout the implementation process, including project plans, user guides, and training materials.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Must be able to travel internationally (must have valid passport).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager and overseeing project teams.
  • Experience with implementation methods and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Power BI, Power Point, Excel, etc.).

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
